At CI SEASIF PACIFIC SAS, we promote compliance with our corporate values, policies and objectives, as well as the standards of our Comprehensive Business Sustainability System - SISE, in order to carry out our activities in an ethical, responsible, efficient and traceable manner, protecting the integrity of all our workers and other stakeholders, respecting the environment and delivering reliable products that meet quality requirements, those agreed with our customers and those legally established for the correct marketing of metals.

In line with this premise, we commit to:

• Manage business risks, health and safety at work and the environment, associated with our activities, products, and services, to prevent or mitigate their materialization, from linking the metal supplier to delivery to the customer.
• Provide safe and healthy working conditions that contribute to the prevention of injuries and deterioration of the health of our collaborators, by eliminating hazards and reducing occupational risks.
• Comply with current national legislation and international regulations that apply to us, as well as the requirements established in our SISE.
• Apply the highest standards for the prevention of ML/FT/FPADM in accordance with existing regulations, to ensure legality regarding the origin and destination of the precious metals that have been traded.
• Carry out our marketing activities in an environment of healthy competition, fair prices, and respect for the human rights of all our stakeholders.
• Promote the permanent training of our personnel to guarantee competence, impartiality, and coherence in our operations.
• Promote a cordial and participatory work environment, through which the concerns of our workers or their representatives are consulted, listened to and answered frankly.
• Interact respectfully with our surroundings, seeking to protect the environment, prevent pollution, reduce consumption, and generate waste.

• Immediately suspend any type of contract, negotiation, or relationship with suppliers and/or clients if a reasonable risk has been identified in which it is established that any type of human rights violation is being or has been committed, money laundering or financing of terrorism with the consequent report to the competent authorities.
• This policy will be published on our website and physically in our facilities. Likewise, it will be disclosed in writing to all our suppliers and customers.

POLÍTICA DEL SISTEMA INTEGRADO DE SOSTENIBILIDAD EMPRESARIAL - SISE

En C.I SEASIF PACIFIC S.A.S. promovemos el cumplimiento de nuestros valores, políticas y objetivos corporativos, así como de los estándares de nuestro Sistema Integral de Sostenibilidad Empresarial - SISE, con el fin de realizar nuestras actividades de manera ética, responsable, eficiente y trazable, protegiendo la integridad de todos nuestros trabajadores y demás grupos de interés, respetando el medio ambiente y entregando productos confiables que cumplen con los requerimientos de calidad, los acordados con nuestros clientes y los establecidos legalmente para la correcta comercialización de los metales.

En línea con esta premisa, nos comprometemos a:

• Gestionar los riesgos de negocio, de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y medio ambiente, asociados a nuestras actividades, productos y servicios, para prevenir o mitigar su materialización, desde la vinculación del proveedor de metal hasta la entrega al cliente.
• Proporcionar condiciones de trabajo seguras y saludables que contribuyan a la prevención de lesiones y deterioro de la salud de nuestros colaboradores, mediante la eliminación de peligros y reducción de riesgos laborales.
• Cumplir la legislación nacional y normatividad internacional vigente que nos aplique, así como los requisitos establecidos en nuestro SISE.
• Aplicar los más altos estándares para la prevención del LA/FT/FPADM de acuerdo con la normatividad existente, para asegurar la legalidad frente a la procedencia y la destinación de los metales preciosos que han sido negociados.
• Realizar nuestras actividades de comercialización en un ambiente de sana competencia, precios justos y respeto de los derechos humanos de todos nuestros grupos de interés.
• Promover la capacitación permanente de nuestro personal para garantizar la competencia, imparcialidad y coherencia en nuestras operaciones.
• Fomentar un ambiente laboral cordial y participativo, mediante el cual se consulte, escuche y responda francamente a las inquietudes de nuestros trabajadores o sus representantes.
• Interactuar respetuosamente con nuestro entorno, procurando la protección del medio ambiente, la prevención de la contaminación, la disminución de consumos y la generación de residuos.
• Sensibilizar a nuestros empleados y grupos de interés hacia la conciencia ambiental, favoreciendo su participación activa para el cuidado de la naturaleza y biodiversidad en las zonas donde desarrollan sus actividades.
• Mejorar nuestro desempeño de manera continua, impulsando la sostenibilidad de nuestra empresa.
• Declarar de manera pública su compromiso de cumplir y respetar los DD.HH, estipulados en la Guía de Debida Diligencia de la OCDE, en los diferentes eslabones de la cadena de suministro, en relación con sus clientes y proveedores.
• Mejorar continuamente la trazabilidad del mineral desde la extracción hasta su destinatario final.
• Suspender inmediatamente cualquier tipo de contrato, negociación o vinculación, con proveedores y/o clientes en el evento en que se haya identificado un riesgo razonable en el que se establezca que se está́ cometiendo o se ha cometido cualquier tipo de violación a los DDHH, lavado de activos o financiación del terrorismo con el consecuente reporte a las autoridades competentes.
• Esta política será publicada en nuestro portal web y de manera física en nuestras instalaciones. Así mismo, se dará a conocer de manera escrita a todos nuestros proveedores y clientes.
