Franco Favilla is the major shareholder and the companies part of Seasif Group.
Born and raised in Milan - Italy, he matured his financial and business expertise in the nineties, when working for 10 years through The Bear Stearns Companies Inc., New York.
He developed effective and efficient companies around the globe that provide products and services to meet the needs of private and institutional customers at international and multicultural level, following the market trends, innovative technology, and highest quality standards.

Antoanela Chiritescu is highly prepared and meticulous professional with over 20 years of experience in Business Management, Business Development Strategies, Financial and Investments Planning. She held a variety of directorship and executive positions in global structures, in world's main industries as Financial Services, Asset Management, Investments, AML, Digital Strategies, Software Development, Blockchain and Commodities. She is fluent in English, Italian, Romanian, French and Spanish. She is certified in AML/CFT in Switzerland and globally with certificates such as ACAMS (US), FIBA (US) and ARIF(Switzerland).
Mrs. Chiritescu has achieved excellent knowledge of business principals, policies, operations and financial strategies within international business environments, and her expertise was highly valued, reaching positions of COO, CFO, General Director, Executive Director, Business Development Officer, AML Officer and Associate.
